Singaporean, international student living in Silver Spring, Maryland. Former reporter for Street Sense Media and Voice of America. Got a bachelor’s degree on broadcast journalism at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism, University of Maryland, and currently getting an master’s in business administration at Stratford University. I do all nine yards: written journalism, digital videography, graphics and data visualization, broadcast show production and photojournalism. Special focus on investigative journalism and human interest stories.

Russian American dual citizen and Gen 1.5 immigrant. 22-year-old graduating English and biology senior at the University of Maryland heading to law school. I’ve done radio journalism.
I’m hoping to provide a place where the immigrant community can get some insight into the turbulent world of U.S. immigration and citizenship.
